Dear Sawyer,
You are always my super sweet baby boy. My arm was hurting a lot and you could tell something was wrong from my expression. You asked me, "Are you having a hard time?" I said I was and you came over to me and kissed me everywhere (even on my elbows!) to make me feel better.
Then after lunch today, you hugged me and pressed our cheeks together. You said, "Let's stay like this forever." I wish, baby bear, I wish!

Super Helper
Dear Sawyer,
I call you my Super Helper because you really are! One night, Daddy was bringing your cushioned chair back to your room and when you saw him carrying it down the hallway, you scrambled to move the toys that were in the doorway of your room so that Daddy wouldn't step or trip on them.
Then the other night, I was putting JieJie's laundry away in her shirt drawer. She had hung a decorative flower bell right above the drawer and it was in the way. You walked up to the dresser and held the flower bell out of the way until I was done putting all of the shirts in the drawer.
Both times, no one asked you for help and I am so incredibly proud of you for recognizing how you could be of assistance and then helping us! You are the best!
