Called Out

Dear Sawyer,

Your teacher invites parents, grandparents and older siblings to be "Mystery Readers," where they surprise your class and read a book to everyone. JieJie wants to be one, so I emailed your teacher to ask if she could go in next week. You asked me about it yesterday and I said your teacher hadn't emailed me back yet. When we saw her after school today, she told me that you had gone up to her in class this afternoon and said, "My mommy emailed you but you didn't email her back." We both thought it was hilarious that you had called out your teacher like that! Hahaha!
